as an art historian specialized in modern art and conservation of cultural heritage, Roos developed a love for design and the materiality of unique historical objects. In Belgium she learned the basics of furniture making and followed several internships and courses with furniture makers and restorers. In addition to providing space for the creative process she is committed to the preservation of furniture and wooden objects from a bygone era
